Shipping policy

Delivery Costs

We keep our shipping costs as low as we can, and do switch between couriers where we see we can bring you a saving.   Shipping is calculated at checkout as it varies depending on the size and number of products and the shipping location, as well as non-rural or rural address.  However, rates start from just $6 for those extra small parcels!

If you live at a rural address, please do check the Rural delivery box.  Unfortunately (we hate it too!) the couriers do charge us substantially more for rural deliveries.  Try sending to, for example, a work address that's not rural to save money on couriers.  If you select the Urban option but your address is Rural it will, unfortunately, delay despatch of your parcel until we can sort the additional payment.  We are so sorry this is out of our control.

Lately we are being hit by what feels like constant price rises on courier deliveries within NZ - unfortunately we do have to increase shipping prices when the couriers raise their prices.

Capped Price Delivery!

For all orders over just $79 we offer capped price delivery NZ wide of just $10.90!!  No voucher code needed, this option will appear on the checkout screen automatically when the order totals more than $79 after any discounts applied.

Despatch

We always despatch as quickly as possible Monday to Friday.  Orders placed over the weekend will be sent the first business day after your order is placed.

Delivery Time Frames

Below are estimated delivery time frames from date of despatch. 

Orders are despatched from Papamoa - Bay of Plenty region.

North Island: 2-3 business days

South Island: 3-4 business days

For Rural deliveries, please add 1-2 days to the above estimates.

Please note, the above timeframes are provided by our service providers. Although we despatch as quickly as possible, once the items leave our hands delivery times are, unfortunately out of our control.  Generally we find that couriers are great at sticking to their timeframes, and sometimes even beat them!  However, should you have any queries please let us know and we can try and assist or give you the relevant courier contact details.  All parcels are sent via tracked courier and tracking details will be sent to you so you can follow your parcel along it's route!

Pick Ups

We are an online store only, so do not have a store front and all orders are sent by courier.  While we used to offer pick ups if required from a residential address in Auckland CBD, we have now moved from Auckland and are no longer able to offer a pick up service from there.  However, we can arrange pick ups from Papamoa - this option is available at checkout.

Eco-friendly

We are also trying to make changes where we can to make ourselves more eco-friendly. Recently we found a great NZ company where we now purchase even better 100% recycled and 100% recyclable postal bags from … so you will see those taking over any existing packaging over the next short while.
