Balloon decorations can be used to create amazing centrepieces for your party!  This DIY tape helps you to create the perfect balloon garland.

Measures 5m long, double hole.  Space out as you like - a balloon every hole or every second hole, etc.  For best results pick a range of colours in different but complimentary colours or tones, and alternate sizes, so mix in 5 or 6" balloons with 11 or 12" balloons for example. So easy to use - inflate balloons, tie the knot and put the balloon knot through the big hole then push through to the small hole to hold firmly in place.
